    1. Covet had a rather interesting dynamic. It wasn't the typical menage romance I run across. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to actually think of it as a menage, even though there are sex scenes where all three men are participating, and in the end, there are three people in the relationship, even if two of them are not sexual with each other. So I suppose menage still fits. It is polyamorous, though, most definitely.I feel like I should talk a bit about what this book isn't. It isn't a twincest book. T [...]

    2. 3.75 StarsIt's been ages since I've read a gay ménage so I was looking forward to reading Covet. We didn't hit if off at first, I found there was a bit too much telling for around the first 12-15% of the book, it was also somewhat adjective-laden and I was going to DNF it. However, I hung in there and the book gained a groove, I got used to the way this ménage is told and a wall came down between me and the story. Momentum was gained. Everyone gets a perspective in this book, but Peter and Col [...]

    3. Great read!Jack a flirt and a one night guy. No strings pleaseColin recovering from a break with his partner for five years.Peter identical twins with Jack, businessman in a somewhat loose relationship.Jack is determined to conquer Colin for a night. He even decides to take some time for it. When Colin takes the first step he is very pleased. They have a hot and steamy night. Colin is clear about what he wants strings at all! Jack can't believe his earsis is just what he is looking for!! They are [...]

    4. No rating. I don't want to turn people off this book so early into it's life. Maybe I'm a one off and everybody else will love Covet. I personally didn't like it at all.I think I prefer this kind of brothers-menage storyline to happen in one-shot form. Or maybe a short story, perhaps as part of an anthology or something?Basically, 268 pages was too much. For a book that was supposed to give me 3 MCs to feast upon, I was so bored. None of these guys were particularly interesting.(view spoiler)[Co [...]

    5. NOTE: Don't give up on this book before you pass at least the 20% mark I'll just leave it at that LOLSo okay, I kinda walked away from this book a few times but eventually returned. I'm glad I read the story thru, but it really didn't turn out to be the kinda of story I thought it would be. Now that's totally on me. NOT the writing. That's me, interpreting something into the story-line that I wished would have been part of the struggle, but was not written that way and I'll just leave THAT at [...]

    6. Hmm, I'm going to go with 3.5 stars for this one. Interesting premise and I really had no idea which way it was going to go or how it was going to end. Good solid story but a couple niggles for me. First I never got a good feel for Colin, a supposedly attractive and intelligent professor, I never got the smart vibe from his dialog, and in the beginning when Peter tells his twin Rick that the professor is too good for him, I didn't get that feeling during any part of the book either. I could also [...]

    7. This is quickly becoming the most challenging reviewEVAH!!!Truthfully this is the third time I've tried to start this review and in my brain it's probably the twentieth. My goal here isn't to tell you what the stories about but to share with you why I was so gobsmacked by this one and truthfully to get you the reader to at least take a peek at it or maybe even decide to read the story. 'Covet' at first glance appears to be a menage book that involves twincest sorry wrong. Truthfully I don't even [...]

    8. A review by The Blogger Girls. This was a bit different from the usual menage stories I’ve read. Here, we have twin brothers, Peter and Jack who end up with the third, Colin. But it is the dynamics of their relationship that are somewhat unique.Jack is happy with not settling down. He isn’t looking for a relationship and is enjoying being able to play the field sexually without any commitments. Colin is just out of a long-term relationship and is definitely not looking for another one. So, wh [...]

    9. 3.5 StarsCovet started out surprisingly sweet and uncomplicated, but things definitely got pretty messy before we get to the happy ending. One thing I will say about this book is that it definitely kept me guessing until the end and even when the characters pissed me off, I just had to keep going to see how (and if) things would work out for everyone. I honestly can't say too much without giving the story away. There were parts that I found really frustrating, namely the way Peter and Collin's r [...]

    10. I received a copy to read and review for Wicked Reads3.5 starsI don't really know how to put into words how I feel about this book. I liked it, but I didn't love it. I wanted more, but I am not sure what "more" I wanted. I just didn't feel satisfied. Colin had his cake and ate it too, he had two hot twins coming after him and he really liked them both, actually ending up loving both. The sex was hot, with Colin and both men and all three when they were together. I just felt like something was mi [...]

    11. Covet tells the story of twin brothers, Jack and Peter, who find themselves in an open relationship with the same man. Colin, their love interest, loves both the brothers and suddenly the three men find themselves in unchartered territory, unable to step away from the relationship and unable to clearly define what they are each doing and what they really desire. This story is told well and without being seedy or overblown and it is realistic in the way it explores the dynamics of the relationshi [...]

    12. 4.5 StarsJack and Peter Mason are identical twins that share all their secrets…most of the time. Jack is unabashedly out and gay, always looking for his next trick. Peter’s bisexual and engaged to Maureen, his bestie from college. They are both lawyers and work insane hours. Jack develops an interest in the newly-single Colin Sloan, a young professor at the university where they both work, and Peter counsels Jack not to make him a one-and-done…perhaps. Thing is, Colin’s not up for an inv [...]

    13. I received a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Readsm/m/mI'm not sure that I completely bought the idea of twins Jack and Peter, sharing Colin. I didn't think this could actually work in the long run. Especially since Jack met Colin and had a relationship developing with him first. Jack meets Colin and they start loosely dating. Colin is just out of a long term relationship and Jack is looking for anything but a boyfriend but the two agree to casual terms. Hanging out with Jack, Co [...]

    14. My Review:I'm trying to figure out how to write this review. The book description is really good, but what it doesn't tell you that I think is important is that the issue in this book is really between the two brothers. Colin and Jack have a very open relationship. Colin just came out of a five year relationship and has no desire to have anything more. Neither does Jack first. But things change for Jack, but if he tells Colin that, Colin will dump him. So he goes along letting Colin think that f [...]

    15. REVIEWED FOR LOVE BYTESWell, well, well.Three men in one relationship that’s split into two parts – kind of.Covet is something a bit different and a bit complicated and I very much enjoyed it.Jack isn’t interested in settling down, in fact he isn’t even interested in seeing the same man twice so nobody is more surprised when he meets Colin and one date turns into many. Colin is recently single and isn’t interested in a relationship for very different reasons but a no strings friendship [...]

    16. A Joyfully Jay review. 4 starsCovet is a really unique story with an interesting spin on menage and twincest for this genre. Generally it seems menage stories fall in two camps when there are male and female MCs. Either all three of the characters are together in a threesome relationship as an MMF story, or the woman is in the middle and the guys each interact with her and not each other (MFM). But when dealing with all men, virtually every menage I have read has all three men falling in love an [...]

    17. First, I need to RANT!!!Holy Cheetos! What a fuc&%@# mess!!! What a bunch of assholes!!!To me, the whole story felt like cheating and betrayal… even if technically, it wasn´t.Until 80% of the book I just hated everybody. Seriously. Everybody.Especially Peter and Colin. I hated them with a passion. I wanted to DNF A LOT of times. My impression of Peter: one patronizing, backstabbing SOB.My impression of Colin: one selfish, greedy, conveniently dense slut.My impression of Jack: one charming, [...]

    18. Wow HOT " complicated is a major understatement" is definitely true.  The book is a little slow at the start but it gets way better (don't give up in it). This story is hot, the chemistry between the three of them is off the charts. Jack and Peter might be twins but they don't cross the boundaries with each other. Beautifully written and a first read for this author. Jack and Peter are identical twins while attending a Uni ball event Jack is eyeing of a English professor he'd like to know bette [...]

    19. Covet by Yolande Kleinn is a free NetGalley ebook that I read in early October.Yes, you could say I cuddled up with Covet - it uses bon mot, yet non-sarcastic or snarky dialogue to deliver a knowing, disclosurey, third-person narrative with occasionally rad turns of intimate phrase, like 'slotting home' and 'biting a bruising kiss,' and doing a remarkably good job wrangling three individuals' needs and actions during a threesome.

    20. *´¨✫)3.75 stars¸.•´¸.•*´¨)✯ ¸.•*¨)✮ (¸.•´✶"It's Complicated." So, yeah, THAT happened.Three men, one situation. Jack Mason was a manwhore. He was not afraid to let anyone know. And he wanted Professor Colin Sloan. It was only supposed to be a hit it and quit it, but somehow, fate decided she was not letting Jack forget that. Enter Peter, Jack's brotherhis TWIN. Always close, Peter kept Jack from always doing the wrong thing. Fascinated by his brother's seemingly "no st [...]

    21. This is a MMM romance. It is unique in that it involves identical twins falling for the same man. This is my first book by Yolande Kleinn that I have read, and I must admit I am impressed, it will not be my last. The story is extremely well written, and the pace kept me so interested I had a hard time putting it down. The characters felt like old friends. Wonderful story!

    22. Meh. I wanted to like this one, and maybe I would have if I had cared about any one of the three MC's. Colin & Jack had their moments but I actively disliked Peter. He just seemed like a dick. Honestly thought, I just didn't give a damn about any of them. Plus, the "ick factor" bothered me more than I thought it would. This one wasn't for me.

    23. Copy from netgalley. 3.5 starsI can't really too much about this book without giving away more than I want to lets just say it was unique. The downside to the story for me was it took a while for me to get into the storyree attempts actually. I nearly gave up but Im honestly glad I finished it.

    24. There were some things I liked about this book. There were some things I did NOT like about this book. Average it out to a 3.

    25. Riptide is really knocking it out of the park with great romances this year, especially for M/M. I've only been super excited for two M/M(/M) romances in the past few months and they both were published by Riptide (the other was Permanent Ink). This was a great erotic romance that left me super satisfied on both a sexy level and a storytelling level.Twin brothers Jack and Peter have always been close, but their relationship styles are totally different. Jack hates emotional attachments and loves [...]
